About me

Hello, my name is Pamela. I am the owner of Villa Sungai Bali, a luxury private villa near Canggu. I handle all bookings and marketing for the property. Once guests have confirmed I will send them a booking form link that once completed I use to brief the Villa Manager. I visit the villa regularly to discuss menu changes (dining/bar/spa), building works/refurbishments/maintenance, and catch up with 'the team' who have become part of the family. Some have been with me since 2000, most of whom live locally. All staff are Balinese. I am in constant contact with the villa manager during a guest's stay with us, and become aware of all guests' needs/ambitions in the lead-in discussions prior to their check-in. We put much time into maintaining standards and levels of service. I am constantly researching new approaches by staying at the very best properties globally. We benchmark using the wonderful AMAN properties who are a standout hotel chain in Asia. I have tried to create a unique property that actually offers the service and inclusions of a fine hotel but where our guests share only with their friends/family. There will be no strangers on the next pool lounger! All bookings are for exclusive use of the villa by one group/booking only.
