About me
Born and raised in Colombia, with culinarily training in Argentina, Will Hennessey has been working as a head chef across a variety of experiences in Europe for the past 10 years; from Michelin stars to oyster bars. Drawing inspiration from his roots in Latin America he fuses bold flavours with Mediterranean heritage & Asian techniques to create new, fresh, combinations and textures. Having created pop-ups in Barcelona, Berlin, Lisbon, & Amsterdam; he continues to collaborate on opportunities which combine his passions for arts & music.
