About me
My name is Nicole Roozemond. I started Sweet Beet vegan catering 4 years ago. I never could have imagined how interesting it is to cook with only plant based ingredients. So much inspiration. So many new ingredients. I love new flavours in my food and I am using my creativity to make my dishes look and taste great.
