* The Coffee Bar / Lounge * Includes a mens 2 stall + 2 urinal restroom * Incluses a women 4 stall restroom * Includes 2 additional 3/4 restrooms * Includes the coffee bar with Marzocco Espresso Machine, 2 fridge drawers, w freezer drawers * Optional additional spaces include: * 2x furnished creative war rooms with modern built in couches * The South Wing: a conference room wing the following: * 2 large conference rooms * A screening room * 10 small “phone booths” perfect for calls and one on one discussions * A small wet bar * An additional single restroom * Kitchen w/ 2x SubZero refrigerators, 2x drawer freezers, range, oven and microwave.
