The 'Palm Room' is something we are really excited about. A place for book launches, debates, and networking events. A music room for upcoming artists. A gallery for edgy artists with outlandish vision. The space is limited only by our imaginations.
In the coming months, hotel V will develop a program of events for the Palm Room, but we would love to hear your ideas as well. If you have a public or private event that you would like to host and need an inspiring, underground (also literally) space in which to do so, please get in touch and let's discuss.
For groups bigger than 10 persons we serve a set menu. The menu will a set menu for the whole group. We will serve an alternative menu for possible vegetarians and guests with other dietary restrictions. Please provide us with these dietary restrictions at least one week prior to the event so that the kitchen can prepare properly.
Further we would also like to agree upon what we can serve regarding the wines beforehand. This can be a wine pairing or 1 white wine and 1 red wine for the whole diner. If we have a budget per bottle, the sommelier can recommend some wines for the dinner or lunch.
