The possibilities of the events that can be hosted at KIT are as diverse as our meeting spaces. For bigger groups the Queen Maxima Hall with 453 seating places is perfect, and for smaller groups there are multiple spaces of which some can be connected as well. The heart of our location is the Marble Hall, which will stun your guests with its 12 types of marble from Tuscany, Italy. Looking to organize an event outdoors? Then our fairy-tale garden or terrace of café de Tropen might be a perfect fit.
Hotel
In 2024 the newly sustainable hotel, Amsterdam Tropen Hotel, will open its doors. Handy and comfortable if you are looking to stay overnight.

In our catering assortment we try to take into account the best ingredients in all areas, throughout the entire year. This is based on our mission to stimulate conscious consumption as much as possible. We collaborate with local and seasonal products and our suppliers are carefully selected for their social involvement. This doesn't just stop at vegetables, fruit, meat and fish but even our suppliers contribute to a more conscious society. Doesn’t this social responsible approach give you a good feeling?
