Atelier the Vijzel is a historic building directly opposite the Amsterdam City Archives Building. This unique spot in the heart of Amsterdam has played an important role as the atelier of a grand gentleman’s department store, and is now in hands of The Playing Circle.
The 200 m2 space has a large lounge area at the front, which can be used as a breakout area. In the back part of the space you can find a meeting space with a flexible setup and a beautiful view of the gardens of – amongst others – the Mayor of Amsterdam. Thanks to the two glass ceiling domes and four French balconies there is an abundance of natural light. Combined with the stylish & homely interior, this creates an environment that is perfect for creative and inspirational sessions.
