OUR LOGO
The Yogadreams logo, the gingko leaf, symbolizes hope, love, magic, timelessness and longevity. A small circle is visible above the leaf, this circle symbolizes the seed. Owner Myrna van Kemenade: “And that's how I see it with all people who walk in with us. Everyone has the full potential, the yoga ensures that you can grow into the best version of yourself, just like the seed of the ginkgo may blossom into a beautiful leaf. ”
UNIQUE PROPERTY
At Yogadreams you can relax during a lesson or with a cup of tea in the lounge. Yogadreams is located in a beautiful characteristic building, the former Lutheran Orphanage and Poor House in Zaandam, with four fantastic bright spacious studios.
OUR MISSION
Yogadreams' mission is to promote awareness based on the yoga philosophy and practice. In the form of giving yoga classes, yoga workshops and yoga training, the Yoga Dreams team stimulates people to gain insight, deepening and awareness; ingredients that can contribute to greater happiness in everyone's life.
FOLLOW YOUR HEART, FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS
"Yoga for me means becoming aware, that you are aware of your breathing and how your body reacts to your thinking and interactions with other people. Yoga is mainly about following your heart, your intuition, doing what really comes from within. Follow your heart follow your dreams! "
- Myrna van Kemenade, founder of Yoga Dreams -
