This studio are perfect for creative classes, workshops and group sessions. We already host renters that provide classes like Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates, Zumba and Streetdance. But also Universal Voice Institute is organizing their workshops and classes in the studio complex.

There are some rules we'd like to communicate to our renters and guests:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the venue, but not outside.
- Heels are not allowed in the dance studio's. Only sneakers or low heeled footwear.
- Pets are not allowed in the complex.
