Business meetings are never dull here, and you will want to come back with family or friends to mix it up in the fully equiped kitchen and enjoy your BYO wine and menu at the beautiful long dinner table with supercomfortable chairs. Rock it in your own private restaurant!
During corona bookable by 2 persons (per household, thus max 4 people).
Under normal circumstances, the space can host up to 8 people.
We are very conscious about COVID and have taken all measures, as well thorough cleaning before and after booking.
How does it work in practice?
Reservations are accepted booking on Venopi. Of course you can always chat for information and I am happy to meet in the kitchen to discuss your wishes.
In the latter case, I would like to lend you some cookbooks for inspiration / preparation, although experience shows that it works just as well to come unprepared. Discover the fun of not knowing what your evening will bring beforehand and see what happens when you go through the cookbooks and make your choice all together. A shopping list and the shopping itself are easily done in no time. The wide choice of butchers, fish shops, caterers, greengrocers and supermarkets around the corner are part of the experience. Or a cheap toogoodtogo bag of surprise on the way and that bottle of wine you got from your boss..
I always welcome you personally, to help you find your way and to explain the use of kitchen appliances. After that, it is up to you. I can still be reached during the evening and I live in the street. At an agreed time (around 10 pm) I will come back to hear how you experienced the evening and to say goodbye. You can already fill the dishwasher, but apart from that cleaning is included in the price.
You will experience that it is all very straightforward, you are your own kitchen brigade. Bomb each other to chef, sous chef or cutting assistant, or divide it into courses. And taking turns selecting vinyl is the secret ingredient.

There is no chef?
The idea is to inspire and learn from each other in the kitchen. The BYO concept (bring your own ingredients and drinks) makes it very affordable. If you don't feel like cooking, just order one of the many fantastic take away menu's in Amsterdam. You can get a Michelin star menu for only 40 euro's. Or if you want to get really fancy, there is an option to have a real star chef work the magic all private just for your group
