Vergaderruimte Houtstraat has recently been delivered and is located on the ground floor. This meeting room contains many original details, is tastefully decorated and has two doors to the green area between the building and the railway.

Zaal Noord is located at the front of the building on the first floor. The view from the windows overlooks the parking lot and old locamotive. 

In the foyer, guests can enjoy lunch or a drink during a meeting. 

Zaal Barteljoris is located at the back of the building on the ground floor and functions as the board room. The room is suitable for meetings of small teams and includes a long table. 

This meeting room was recently completed and is located on the ground floor. This room is ideal for plenary sessions in combination with working in small groups. 

Zaal Oost is located on the first floor, overlooking the railway and Garenkokerskwartier.

Zaal West is the largest room at the Seinwezen and is located on the ground floor. This room is suitable for larger meetings or plenary sessions of a small conference. Zaal West can only be rented in combination with the foyer. 

Zaal De Wissel is adjacent to the main hall and is used as a separate meeting room or to depart from room West. The view of the railway is inspiring for every meeting.
