New Year Update From Venopi

Happy New Year from Team Venopi! At Venopi headquarters, we are excited to usher in a New Year and celebrate the achievements we have made in 2018. Adding unique venues, creating inspiring events, and making it to the finals of TEDx Amsterdam Women have been highlights of our year and we are grateful to share them with so many innovative entrepreneurs in the Netherlands.

As we reflect on the year, we are thinking about what defines the Venopi experience and we want to share a little bit more about our company values with you.

So, what defines the Venopi experience?

We strive to provide productive inspiration through creative meeting spaces on the Venopi marketplace.

When users are searching for a venue to host an event, our number one goal is to ensure that they have an exceptional experience. We want to match them with the ideal host so that they can create memorable experiences.

What you’ll find at Venopi is that every space is different, and every host is unique. That’s what contributes to the unforgettable experience with Venopi.

At Venopi, we want to encourage users to think differently about the places that we work. As many of our hosts have discovered, repurposing space can open up creative and interesting possibilities. Instead of searching for new spaces, with us local businesses can turn their existing spaces into multi-functional places.

With us, entrepreneurs have access to previously private, one-of-a-kind venues that fit with their goal, ambition, and passion. These non-traditional venues can help emerging businesses access affordable spaces that might otherwise be out of their price range.

If you are involved in a creative project and in need of space, send us an email. We would love to hear from you.

For example...

Venopi guest, the Amsterdam Flower School, organized a one-of-a-kind experience by hosting a workshop for creatives to learn how to arrange floral displays. We got in touch with Mediamatic, an organization with a hydroponic greenhouse. The venue was the perfect location for the founder, Sofie, to teach students how to create beautiful flower installations.

This type of mutually beneficial relationship is evidence of a fundamental shift that is happening in population-dense cities like Amsterdam. When space is at a premium, people find ways to get creative and the results are beyond your imagination.

One of our resolutions for 2019 is to bring more people together in meaningful ways and celebrate creativity and innovation with our Venopartners and new guests. Thank you for sharing experiences with us and we look forward to many more.
